ALL ITEMS MUST BE UNWORN, UNWASHED AND WITH TAGS.

SHIPPING POLICY

ALL ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED WITHIN 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS EXCLUDING MAJOR HOLIDAYS. 

PRE-ORDERS TAKE LONGER TO SHIP. PLEASE CHECK THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION TO SEE WHEN YOUR ITEM IS EXPECTED TO SHIP.

IF YOU SELECT A QUICKER SHIPPING METHOD (ONE-DAY SHIPPING, TWO-DAY SHIPPING...) THIS DOES NOT MEAN YOUR ITEM WILL SHIP IN ONE OR TWO DAYS. OUR STANDARD PROCESSING TIMES STILL APPLY TO EVERY ORDER (5-7 BUSINESS DAYS). THE QUICKER SHIPPING TIME RFEERS TO HOW QUICKLY UPS OR USPS WILL GET YOUR ITEM TO YOU ONCE IT LEAVES OUR HANDS. IT IS UP TO THE CARRIER TO GET YOUR ITEM TO YOU WITHIN THE TIME FRAME YOU SELECTED. PLEASE CONTACT UPS OR USPS WITH ANY TRACKING/ DELIVERY ISSUES. 

UPS/USPS DOES NOT IMMEDIATELY SCAN ALL PACKAGES. IF YOU RECEIVE AN EMAIL SAYING YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED, AND IT STILL SAYS "PRE-SHIPMENT" THAT DOES NOT MEAN YOUR PACKAGE IS STILL IN OUR HANDS. PLEASE ALLOW 48 HOURS FOR TRACKING INFORMATION TO UPDATE.

IF YOUR PACKAGE IS MARKED AS "DELIVERED" YET HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED, THERE IS UNFORTUNATELY NOTHING WE CAN DO. ONCE IT LEAVES OUR HANDS IT IS ENTIRELY UP TO THE CARRIER TO GET YOU YOUR ITEM SAFELY AND IN THE TIME FRAME YOU PAID FOR. IF THEY FAIL TO DO THIS, WE HAVE NO WAY OF KNOWING WHERE YOUR PACKAGE IS. PLEASE CONTACT YOUR CARRIER (UPS OR USPS) FOR HELP LOCATING YOUR PACKAGE, OR FILING A LOST PACKAGE CLAIM IF NEEDED.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MAY EXPERIENCE DUTY FEES UPON RECEIVING YOUR PACKAGE. WE HAVE NO WAY OF STOPPING THESE FEES, AS THEY ARE DIRECTLY IMPOSED BY THE RECIPIENT COUNTRY'S GOVERNMENT. WE DO NOT HAVE ANY WAY OF SEEING HOW MUCH THE FEE WILL BE, AS WE DO NOT HAVE ANY ACCESS TO THESE FUNDS. FEES VERY BY COUNTRY.
